About the Job:
The product manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy for specific products and/or platforms within Elbhost. Acting as a central link between Engineering, Product Marketing, and Delivery, the role ensures that product decisions are grounded in customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Embedded within the Product organization, the Product Manager works closely on a daily basis with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, and Project Managers, translating product strategy into clear direction while maintaining a hands-on understanding of execution. In close collaboration with product marketing, the role co-shapes the product value proposition, pricing, and positioning, supporting successful launches and continuous optimization of existing products.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role focused on clearly answering what we build, why we build it, and the value it creates while collaborating with engineering teams and international product partners to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, define, and continuously optimize the end-to-end customer experience across all Elbhost products, contributing to the long-term vision of advertising technology.
Conduct market research, surveys, interviews, pilots, and product experiments, gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback from customers, partners, influencers, thought leaders, and power users across the advertising ecosystem.
Synthesize insights and translate them into clear product direction, ensuring timely communication and alignment with all relevant internal stakeholders.
Translate product strategy and vision into clear product requirements, specifications, prototypes, and validation plans, working closely with engineering throughout development phases.
Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to define development phases, testing approaches, prototyping, validation, and to optimize time-to-market while maintaining product quality and technical feasibility.
Partner with Product Marketing to co-create value propositions, pricing tiers, packaging models, feature sets, positioning strategies, and go-to-market plans, ensuring strong market fit and commercial impact.
Actively contribute to prioritization decisions, including effort estimation, resource allocation, and sequencing, balancing customer value, business impact, and delivery feasibility.
Identify product gaps, unmet customer needs, and emerging opportunities, generating new product ideas that drive market share growth, improve customer experience, and support sustainable business growth.
Serve as a product evangelist, representing Elbhost products in relevant forums, conferences, and meetings with customers and partners, as well as through digital and social channels, building awareness, understanding, and trust in the product portfolio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a product manager or senior product manager role.
Proven experience with product and project management processes and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
