Job Overview

As part of this effort, we are seeking a strategic and creative product marketing manager to lead go-to-market execution, product positioning, and customer-centric messaging across our product & services portfolio.
In this role, you will play a key part in how these solutions are positioned, communicated, and introduced to the market, ensuring they resonate with real customer needs and meaningful communication objectives.
To succeed, you will need a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes, as well as the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
Acting as a critical link between marketing, product development, and sales, you will align product strategy with market needs, define competitive positioning, and support successful product launches and ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the CDO and product teams to support product marketing strategies aligned with the company’s commercial and business objectives.
Contribute to the identification and prioritization of target markets and customer segments based on competitive differentiation and customer insights.
Support product lifecycle planning and market positioning initiatives.
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches and market expansions.
Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of GTM activities.
Support the development of pricing strategies and packaging models aligned with customer value and market expectations.
Create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies that drive awareness, demand, and lead generation.
Craft compelling and customer-centric messaging that communicates product value clearly across various personas and industries.
Develop high-quality product marketing assets, including sales decks, enablement materials, case studies, and web content.
Leverage customer feedback and success stories to build advocacy and refine messaging.
Conduct market and competitive research to understand trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product development, positioning, and marketing tactics.
Monitor product marketing performance and GTM effectiveness using relevant KPIs.
Provide structured feedback to product teams based on market response and customer insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B and/or B2C advertising, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
Strong experience across the product lifecycle, including launches, growth, and iteration phases.
Proven ability to translate complex product and technical features into clear, compelling customer- and business-driven value propositions.
Hands-on experience supporting go-to-market strategies and product marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Solid understanding of buyer personas, customer segmentation, and customer journeys.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate product value internally and externally.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with Product, Sales
Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, marketing automation).
Curious, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in innovation, emerging technologies, and solving real customer problems.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills in Greek and English, written and verbal.
