The Product Owner will act as the key link between the strategic guidance from the Product Manager and the technical implementation teams, as well as the company’s commercial teams. The holder of the position will be responsible for the proper development, monitoring, and optimization of the products, taking into account the requirements of the market and the internal stakeholders.
The location is in Tirana.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic Transformation into Actionable Product Requirements: Transformation of strategic goals into clear, realistic, and actionable actions as well as writing of corresponding product requirements.
Product Backlog Management: Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring that it reflects business needs, market developments, and company strategy.
Collaboration with Different Teams: Ensuring the alignment of technical, commercial, and operational teams towards the achievement of production goals.
Quality Assurance & Utilization of Deliverables: Monitoring of development progress, evaluation of deviations, and confirmation of compliance of deliverables with the acceptance criteria that will be set.
Collection & Analysis of Feedback: Continuous communication with stakeholders, collection of feedback, and improvement of the product.
Reports & Presentations: Creation of complete and detailed reports, as well as presentation of deliverables to interested stakeholders.
Education & Transport: Organization of workshops, creation of tutorials/manuals, and training of external teams about the products.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the role of product owner, business analyst, or relevant position in the field of technology.
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage the backlog.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and commercial teams.
Experience in collecting and analyzing product requirements, as well as quality control (QA).
Analytic thinking and problem-solving.
Experience in creating tutorials/manuals.
Desirable Qualifications:
Service in technology companies, software development, or digital products.
Service in businesses related to digital marketing.
Knowledge of data analytics and market research tools for product improvement.
Certifications in Product Management or Agile.
